Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu virtually addressed the three-day brainstorming exercise 'Samriddh Himachal 2045' being organised at the Dr. Manmohan Singh Himachal Pradesh Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) from New Delhi, last evening.
