GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON VINAY BHARDWAJ V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND 3 ORS

GUWAHATI, India, June 26 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 27:

Mr. SC Keyal, learned CGC has submitted a chart reflecting the claims and the grievances of the each of the petitioners in the writ petitions. The same may be shared with the learned counsel for the petitioners and any changes or rectification, if required, may be pointed out to the Court on the next date fixed.
