GUWAHATI, India, June 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. Heard Mr. M. D. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who prays for some more time for producing the case diary.
2. The prayer is allowed.
3. List this matter again on 25th of June, 2025.
4. The interim order shall continue till the next date.
