GUWAHATI, India, May 25 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 25:
1. Heard learned counsel Mr. M. A. Sheikh for the petitioner Eshab Ali who has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Moirabari Police Station Case No. 179/2024 under Sections 329(4)/64 of the BNS.
