GUWAHATI, India, June 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 6:
Heard Mr. N. C. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, who prays for some more time for producing the report from the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station which was called for by order dated 02.05.2025.
Prayer is allowed.
Let this case be listed again on 13.05.2025 for production of the relevant report.
