GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 3 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 4:
1. Heard Mr. B. Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, who has prayed for some more time to produce the case diary. Prayer is allowed.
2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation in the FIR has been made mainly against accused Smti Bibha Bora and the petitioner has only purchased the share of land and no specific accusation has been made against the petitioner.
