On the prayer of Mr. I Borthakur, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Forest Department, Assam, list this matter on 24.04.2025.
Till then, i.e., 24.04.2025, the petitioner shall remain on interim pre-arrest bail granted to him earlier on 07.02.2025 in South Guwahati Range, Lokhra Police Station FIR/Case No. Forest Offence No. SG/13 of 2024-25.
