Ms. M. Das, learned counsel, PWD, submits that the instructions in the matter has been received by her and the affidavit would be filed on behalf of the respondent represented by her on or before 17.06.2025. Prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, Registry, to list these matters again on 23.06.2025.
