GUWAHATI, India, May 7 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Heard Mr. I Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. A Phukan, learned standing counsel Elementary Education submits that he has received the instruction and he prays for and is granted four weeks time to file affidavit.
Prayer is allowed.
List after four weeks.
In the meantime, the learned standing counsel shall file affidavit.
