GUWAHATI, India, June 3 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 3:
1. This Court vide order dated 25.04.2025 had directed the petitioners to bring on record the application filed under Order XXIII Rule 1(3) along with the objection so filed.
2. It has been mentioned by Mr. SK Goswami, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that such affidavit bringing on record those documents has been filed, but the same is not on record.
3. List the matter after 2(two) weeks.
4. Registry shall bring on record the said affidavit on the next date.
