GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 25 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 26:
Heard Ms. R. Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 3; Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5; and Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel for the respondent No. 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 & 13.
Ms. Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to take fresh steps upon the respondent No. 10.
The prayer is allowed.
Steps be taken by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process, within a week from today. Additionally, dasti service is also permitted.
List the matter after 4 weeks.
