GUWAHATI, India, June 27 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 28:
The present writ petition is filed for correction of the cause title inasmuch as the petitioner has described the respondent Nos. 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B, 12, 13A and 13B which cannot be incorporated as per the requirement of the CIS.
Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to amend the cause title as per requirement of CIS by amending cause title and submit it before the Registry within a period of five days from today. After acceptance of amended cause title by the Registry, the petitioner shall furnish such amended copy to the learned counsel representing the respondents.
