1. Mr. M.A. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's contractual dues have not been paid.
2. Issue notice returnable in 4(four) weeks.
3. Mr. B. Gogoi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents.
4. List the matter after 4(four) weeks to enable the respondents to file their affidavit.
