Heard Mr. T.H. Hazarika, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Ms. A. Begum, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

Heard Mr. A. Nath, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

Mr. A. Nath, the learned counsel submits that he is yet to receive the copy of the application. Therefore, the applicant is directed to provide one copy of the application to Mr. A. Nath.
