Heard the learned counsel Mr. M.H. Rajbarbhuiyan appearing for the applicants. Also heard Ms. R. Begum, learned counsel representing respondent no.1. Mrs. L. Sarma, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2, the Insurance Company.
This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 495 days of delay in preferring the connected appeal.
Mr. Rajbarbhuiyan submits that the applicants filed a review petition against the judgment of the Tribunal and that is the reason why the delay took place.
