GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON REETA DAS HAZARIKA ALIAS REETA DAS V/S MR NARAYAN KONWAR IAS AND OTHERS

GUWAHATI, India, June 27 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 28:

Mr. S. Kound, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent has complied with the directions passed by this Court and has also produced a Speaking Order dated 27.05.2025 to that effect.

Mr. D. Upamanya, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2 and Mr. D. P. Chaliha, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. M. Roy, learned counsel, appears for the respondent No. 3.

Contempt petition is accordingly closed.
