2. The present appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 22.11.2023, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Kamrup(M), Guwahati, in Sessions Special Case No.46/2022, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 376(2)(f) of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.
