GUWAHATI, India, Sept. 25 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Aug. 26:
1. Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions; Mr. U. Goswami, learned Central Government Counsel [CGC] for the respondents in W.P.[C] no. 4861/2024; and Mr. R.K. Deb Choudhury, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India [DSGI] for the respondents in W.P.[C] no. 19/2025.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that another writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 482/2024 has been instituted by two other petitioners assailing the same Memorandum of Charges dated 02.08.2024 before the Itanagar Permanent Bench, Gauhati High Court, as assailed in these two writ petitions, and the said writ petition is pending a...
