GUWAHATI, India, July 7 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 6:
Heard Mr. A. N. Sarma, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who seeks some more time for producing the case diary.
The prayer is allowed.
Let this matter be listed on 23.06.2025.
The interim order passed earlier shall continue till then.
