GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PARIMAL BORA V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, July 10 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 10:

1. 1. Heard Mr. P.Kataki, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P.Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, as well as Mr. B.M. Deka, the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 18.06.2024.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge sheet No. 113/2025 dated 30.03.2025.
