GUWAHATI, India, June 12 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 14:
1. Heard Mr. J. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Mr. A. K. Bhuyan, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents.
2. The supervisory jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked challenging the order dated 27.09.2023 passed in Misc. Appeal No.04/2023 whereby the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Morigaon (hereinafter referred to as 'the learned First Appellate Court') dismissed the Appeal and upheld the order dated 18.11.2022 passed in Misc.(J) Case No.136/2022 by the Court of the learned Munsiff No.1, Morigaon (for shot, 'the learned Trial Court') in Title Suit No.183/2021.
