GUWAHATI, India, June 27 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 28:
Ms. S. Roy, learned counsel for the applicant submits that she has information that the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 has left their earlier address, and, therefore, she needs some time to obtain necessary instructions with regard to that, and also to ascertain the proper and current address of the respondents and accordingly, prays for some time.
The prayer is allowed.
List these matters after 4 (four) weeks.
