GUWAHATI, India, May 19 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 18:
1. Heard Mr. S Hussain, learned counsel for the applicants/accused petitioners and Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.
1. On instruction of the applicants, Mr. S Hussain, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this Interlocutory Application, to which Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam has no objection.
3. Prayer is allowed.
