2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Mehebur Islam @ Mehebub Islam, apprehending arrest in connection with Goroimari P.S. Case No. 75/2025 registered u/s 137 /296 /351(2) /62 of BNS, 2023.
3. The case arose out of an ejahar dated 15.08.2025 lodged by the father of the alleged victim girl.
