GUWAHATI, India, June 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. Mr. K K Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case police has submitted charge sheet being CS No. 153/2025 dated 30.04.2025 in respect of Jorhat P.S. Case No.342/2025.
2. Heard Mr. S Abdullah, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on 13.06.2025 for seeking regular bail.
4. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till 13.06.2025. With the aforesaid direction, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
