GUWAHATI, India, May 7 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Mr. N. Baruah, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is unable to contact with his client regarding the present address of the respondent, and therefore, prays for some time to obtain necessary instructions from his client.
The prayer is allowed.
