GUWAHATI, India, Dec. 26 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Nov. 26:
1. Heard Mr. S. Hoque, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner in the batch of the writ petitions and Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned Additional Advocate General, Assam appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
2. Taking into account that the issue involved in all these 6 (six) writ petitions raises common question of law and fact, all are taken up for disposal by this common order.
3. A Notice Inviting Tender was issued on 09.10.2025 whereby bids were invited in respect to 8 (eight) packages. The Petitioner herein being interested in 6 (six) packages out of the 8 (eight) packages submitted his bids. The 6 (six) packages in re...
