Heard Mr. A. Dasgupta, learned counsel for the applicants.
This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 1465 days in preferring an appeal for restoration of Regular Second Appeal (RSA) vide No. 300534/2017.
Issue notice.
The applicants shall take step(s) for service of notice upon the respondents by registered post with AD as well as other usual service returnable within 4(four) weeks. The steps be taken within 7(seven) days.
