GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JYOTISHNA BORA V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND ANR

This is an application filed under Section 482 read with Sections 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, against the order dated 02.03.2024 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M) in Dispur P. S. Case No.1361/2022 (corresponding to G. R. Case No.4839/2022) under Sections 420/406 of IPC, whereby, the prayer for zimma petition was rejected.
