GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON HEMANTA KONWAR AND ORS V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 6 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 10:

1. Heard Mr. R. P. Sarma, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. B. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Considering the nature of accusations in the FIR, perusal of the case diary would be necessary.
