GUWAHATI, India, May 7 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Issue notice.
Ms. M.M. Kataky, learned Standing Counsel, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department, has put in appearance for respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5 and 6, while Ms. R.B. Bora, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 7. Hence, no formal notice is required to be issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 7.
Steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 8 be taken by registered post with A/D.
On filing the requisites for issuance of notice, let notice be issued to respondent No. 8, returnable in eight weeks thereafter.
