Heard Mr. D. J. Boro, learned counsel for the appellant.
Ms. S. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam submits that she needs some time to file the objection.
After hearing both the sides, the prayer of Ms. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor is allowed.
List this matter next week along with Criminal Appeal No.450/2023 with I.A.(Crl.) No.1188/2023.
