1. The instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the non-payment of the admitted amount of Rs.10,00,000/- for construction of retaining wall at the backside of District Medial Store, Diphu to the petitioner by the Respondent Authorities.
2. The case of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner is a Government registered contractor. The respondent No.5 issued work order dated 08.09.2021 for construction of retaining wall at the backside of district Medical Store, Diphu to be completed within 45 days.
