Heard Mr. D. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is noticed that the alleged contemnor No. 2, Dr. Rairoob Brahma, Principal (i/c) & Secretary and the Selection Committee for Assistant Professor, has complied with the order of this Court. However, the alleged contemnor No. 1, Shri J. P. Brahma, Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar, appears to have not taken any action for compliance of the order of this Court.
