GUWAHATI, India, June 28 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. Heard Mr. S. Chetia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Choudhury, learned Standing Counsel, Finance (Taxation) Department appearing for all the respondents.
2. The petitioner has instituted the present writ petition with the following prayer: -
"In the aforesaid premises aforesaid, it is respectfully prayed that Your Lordships would graciously please to admit this petition, call for the records and issue a Rule calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why a Writ in the nature of Certiorari and/or a Writ of like nature should not be issued to set aside and/or quash the clarificatory order No. CTS-/6/2009/302 dated 02.04.20...
