GUWAHATI, India, May 20 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 21:
1. Heard Mr. H R A Choudhury, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. R Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State/opposite party No. 1. Also heard Mr. J Islam, learned counsel for the newly impleaded opposite party No. 2.
2. In view of the order passed today in the connected I.A. (Crl) No. 256/2025, the informant of Karimganj Police Station Case No. 42/2025, namely, Moin Uddin, be impleaded as opposite party No. 2 in the cause title of this pre-arrest bail application.
