1. Heard Mr. D. A. Kaiyum, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. S. Roy, learned Govt. Advocate, Assam, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 5th of April, 2025, whereby the Co-District Commissioner, Golakganj, issued an order directing the petitioner to shift dry fish storage to another location from the residential area with the immediate effect.
