GUWAHATI, India, Aug. 14 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on July 14:
Heard Mr. I.U. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicants-appellants and Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Senior Counsel & Additional Public Prosecutor for the opposite partyrespondent State.
An objection on behalf of the State has been filed to the instant interlocutory application under Section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita [BNSS], 2023.
As sought for by Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicants-appellants, list the case on a date in the next week.
