GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ABHIJEET CHOUDHURY V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, May 20 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 21:

Learned Counsel Mr. S.K.Talukdar is present for the petitioner and learned Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr. M.P.Goswami is present for the respondent State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to press the bail petition in this Court and as such, scanned copies of the trial court records will be required.
