Rahul Roy @ Bobi Deka, who have filed this application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for bail as they are behind bars since 12.09.2025 in connection with Dispur Police Station Case No. 27/2025 under Sections 132/324(3)/117(2)/296/ 329(4)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
