GUWAHATI, India, Jan. 20 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Dec. 19:
1. Heard Mr. P. Upadhyay, the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the petitioners, impugning the order dated 30.08.2025, passed by the court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kamrup at Amingaon in Misc. Case No. 237/2024, whereby the plaint filed by the present petitioners in Title Suit No. 42/2023 was rejected under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
3. The contentions raised by the petitioners in the instant civil revision petition are required to be examined.
