GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 30 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 28:
1. Heard Ms A Begum, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. An affidavit-in-opposition has been filed by the respondent/State on 08.09.2025 and Ms A Begum prays for 2 (two) weeks' time to file an affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-inopposition.
2. It is noticed that this writ petition relates to the year 2014.
3. There is also an interlocutory application filed by the State in the matter.
4. List this matter in the first week of December, 2025, on a date to be fixed by the Registry, by which time, the parties shall complete their pleadings.
