GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 8 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 9:
Heard Mr. A.K. Azad, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.K. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P. Assam appearing for the State.
Mr. Goswami submits that the Case Diary received was not up to date and accordingly, the same was returned back to the Investigating Officer. He prays that the matter be taken up on 16-10-2025.
On the next date of listing, up to date Case Diary shall be placed before this Court by the learned Addl. P.P. Assam.
