GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR PRANJAL DAS ALIAS KRISHNA DAS AND ANR V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, June 4 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 5:

Heard Mr. S. Paul, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M. P. Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who prays for some more time for producing the case diary.
