1. Heard learned counsel Mr. SM Abdullah P for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

3. I have heard the learned counsel of both sides in the matter of prayer for interim protection.
4. The informant has claimed in the FIR that his 27 years old wife was kidnapped by the present petitioner. On the other hand, the kidnapped woman had sworn an affidavit stating that she went on her own volition.
