GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR NAKIBUR ALI AND ANR V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM

GUWAHATI, India, July 8 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on June 9:

1. Heard Mr. J. Das, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam who prays for some more time for producing the Case Diary.

2. The prayer is allowed.

3. Let this matter be listed on 18.06.2025.

4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till then.
