GUWAHATI, India, June 4 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on May 5:
Mr. A. Dasgupta, learned Senior Advocate being assisted by Ms. B. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner No.1 has expired. Therefore, prays that some time may be granted to take steps for substation.
Mr. C. Baruah, learned standing counsel for the NHAI is present and raise no objection.
Prayer of the learned senior counsel is granted.
