This criminal petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is presented for quashing of the charge-sheet in connection to Karimganj P.S. Case No.450/2024 under Section 294/354/323/34 of IPC and the order dated 20.08.2024 passed in P.R.C. Case No.1990/24, whereby the jurisdictional Magistrate Court has taken cognizance of the offence under Section 341/294/506/114/34 of IPC against the petitioners and issued process against the petitioners.
