1. Learned counsel Mr. D. Kalita on behalf of learned Senior Counsel Mr. G.P. Bhowmik is present for the applicant.
2. Learned counsel Mr. A.D. Choudhury is present for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
3. I have considered the submissions at the bar.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that notices have been served to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3
5. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have submitted that he may obtain instructions if he would be able to represent the legal heirs of respondent No. 1 i.e. respondent Nos. 1 (i) to 1 (x).
