Heard Mr. H. Baruah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also herd Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondents.
This criminal petition under Section 528 of BNSS is directed against the impugned Final Report i.e Final Report No.459/2022 dated 30.09.2022 filed by the Investigation Officer in Garchuk P.S. Case No.47/2018 under Section 436 of IPC.
Issue notice, returnable in 3 (three) weeks.
Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
